I recommend spending cuts to the largest budget item, military. 740 BILLION. Other than interest on debt, cutting anything else is just shuffling peanuts around the table. We can also save the 251 BILLION paid in interest to the bankers by settling for 5 cents on the dollar (WTF are they gonna do, cut us off?) and let Congress "coin" it's own money as the Constitution provides, and pay ourselves the interest.
