She wrote an excellent essay about Roosevelt's 8 new "Rights" - which pspells out exactly where we are today. We have accepted those rights into the Constitution, without one vote, or even a judge's rule. The right to a job, a good job, a decent living, no unfair competition for the business man, a decent home, healthcare, and protection in old age....all involving someone else's money.

It impressed me exactly the same...soooo many pages! However, I'm glad it has had the impact that it has.. The basic theory works, although I'm not sure I'm comfortable with the "selfish" angle. I would prefer to call it "being responsible for oneself."
