Interesting that this article talks about "Southern 'Home Cooking'". MAybe they should try nominating a Southerner. I find it ironic that the backbone of the Republican party is southern whites and yet, to my recollection, the Republican Party has never nominated a Southerner for President or Vice President. They have only come close twice. Eisenhower was born in Texas but his family only lived there for a year or two before he was born and a year or two after he was born. GW Bush was born in CT although he went to public schools in Texas until the 7nd grade. He finished his high school career at a prep school in MA. He has the Texas accent and swagger down pretty good but is he really a Southerner? Am I missing anyone else? Please tell me if I am.

25 Reasons To Dislike Liberals

These creatures that Hawkins writes of are not liberals. They are, in the cases of the "nicer" ones, Utopian Socialists. Most often, they are an alliance of anti-white racists and straight-up totalitarian communists. Furthermore, too many of you here vote for Republicans who are playing their games, by their rules.
The difference is that under this proposed regime, the businesses are the tax-collectors. When you say "improve" what you really mean is it makes it more efficient for the tax eaters. Kind of like turning our pockets inside out before they hold us by the ankles to shake the loose change from our pockets. If you are what passes for "conservative" in CA, no wonder the place is so hosed-up.
A SUPER TAX a Tax on all the other Taxes at 100%? Goodness man, don't give the vultures any ideas!!!!

I am a South Carolina voter. If Lindsey Graham is not "primaried-out", I solemly swear that I will vote for the Democrap candidate. I do not care if it is the POS Jim Clyburn. Graham has got to go. The sooner SC Rupublicans ditch this joker, the better off we all will be.

Learn about the ORIGINAL 13th Amendment (The Corwin Amendment). Learn that it would have PERMANENTLY preserved slavery in its existing territory. Learn that it passed in the Senate and the House without the votes of the seven original Confederate states. Learn that Lincoln supported it.

In what universe was Stephen Douglas black?
"The Party of Lincoln" is still the "Party of Lincoln".
@ liame22, To answer your (rhetorical) question: Yes and Obama has doubled down.
