His budget NEVER balances in the real world. It only balances in a fairy-tale world of super-low interest rates and super-low unemployment. And even then it takes 29 years to balance. Imagine 29 years without the Congress changing the budgeting priorities!

Anyone who thinks Ryan is serious about bringing spending under control is a damned fool.
