Obamacare's illegal under the Commerce Clause. It's only legal under the power to tax. If we passed a constitutional amendment repealing the income tax and getting rid of the IRS, there'd be no need for it.

Public officials and pundits are still digesting the Supreme Court’s Obamacare decision in NFIB v. Sebelius.
