It discriminates against high school football players. It treats them the same as a 100 lb. freshman girl. Student athletes have to eat MORE than the rest of the student body in high school.

Hey, don't indiscriminate against 100 lb Freshman girls either! I was underweight and hungry all day unless I ate a large breakfast, two sandwiches for lunch and snacked through half of my classes. It was just my fast metabolism paired with biking to school and walking all over campus all day. I could out eat most of the athletes in my school no problem! M. Obama's lunch plan would have killed me.

It's one size fits all. Could do what some do which is buy double lunch.

Are you allowed to buy more?
In Wisconsin, high school athletes are complaining about not getting enough to eat each day, due to the skimpy new school lunch menu mandated by the United States Department of Agriculture and First Lady Michelle Obama.

The story we published earlier this week on that subject is unfortunately not unique. Students across the country are complaining about the new school lunch regulations.

Perhaps the real motive is to starve students into slimming down. Just ask students in Pierre, South Dakota who, too, are in an all-out revolt.
