Very well! Your father was taught that there were opportunities for a hard working white man. Do you not know that blacks were physically and socially discouraged from seeking excellence? That's a historical point. Today, white people directly benefit from black degradation. Whites make money through law enforcement, prisons and welfare. Black people are responsible for their condition as no one promised any people a rose garden or an enemy free existence.

I don't blame white people. Whites can't help their depravity. One control the parameters of existence of a people, then one contributes to their traits. After years of telling black people not to enter in certain professions black people have made that a meme. Again, just because whites initiated the degradation of black people doesn't mean that they maintain it. Black people should be faulted for seeing whites as the competitors and enemies they are.

You are not responsible. You are a slave yourself.

A Lesson on Racial Discrimination

Mr. Williams, Sterling is a racist in his public life. The notion that you assume he is not is silly. There are public sources documenting his racism over the years. Sterling may have well 'hired' Negroes to rehabilitate his image. The mere act of hiring nonwhites does not preclude one from racism. For instance, if I hire Mexicans on my farm because I believe they would work hard for peanut that doesn't mean that I respect them or thing that there are fully human. Even the biggest uncle Tom in the U.S. Jessie Lee Peterson says he knows of Negroes who are married to white women but hate white people. Again, private individuals hire Negroes for window dressing purposes. The issue of a productivity gamble in this economy is moot. Companies have productivity standards that all employee must meet. In short, companies don't have to wonder who is likely to be most productive as the organizational structure enforces productivity standards in a scientific way.

It does not follow! While the study that Mr. Williams cited may be sound - his essay is not. Firstly, basketball was once dominated by whites. The talent pool was quite adequate back then. This shows that racial segregation need not hurt basketball team owners. Secondly, no one can remain rich simply by playing basketball and retiring thereafter. The culture of influencing black men to play sports as opposed to owning sport teams reinforces racial stereotypes concerning who is the boss. Thirdly, racial discrimination is against the law and it still occurs. In the first place companies don't want to risk fines and bad publicity. In the second place where there exist an employers labor market discrimination done clandestinely would go undetected, as well, the surplus labor pool would increase the chances of acquiring efficient labor from a desired group.
The cry baby clearly has no tact. What a silly thing to say.All he needed to say is that the minimum wage was an all size fits all measure that would hurt job creation.
Why, of course! The state is hurling towards absolute tyranny.

The website has a target audience, but that is not to say that other viewpoints are restricted, especially, in the comment section. Also, your seeming universal claim that all Conservatives are in favor or race mixing or are post-racial is dubious. If heaping ridicule on me was your purpose, then you have failed miserably.
