There certainly was a time when being a black man in America was anything but easy. I remember the days well, oh let's say in the 70's. But hey, what's a few years when it comes to promoting an agenda. In 2012 it is an excuse. There are far too many successful blacks to use race.

Answer: Only on an individual basis. Blacks as a group are no longer objects of discrimination in 21st century America.
