Five to Four decisions of the Supreme Court actually define what the Constitution means. Oh? I understand the constitution and I'm not a lawyer. Apparently Supreme Court decisions are dependent on what political party you belong to, and not what's actually written written in the Constitution. Apparently, some lawyers don't have the ability to comprehend what they read. Must be a deficiency in the education they received from our liberal law schools. As a voter I never vote for anyone whose resume states the person has a law degree.

"I'm old so I remember back when the states began taking Federal money so they could implement and pay for programs Congress passed, 80% Fed money, 20% state. I knew then this would lead to states slowly losing their constitution rights and ceding them to the Feds.

When anti-smoking laws were being passed by many states I did some research. The danger of second-hand smoke was used as justification. Many studies aound the world had been conducted and little correlation evidence was found the the smoke was harmful, considering the amount of air per smoke. But the most scary thing I found out was the number of scientist that had been bought to find evidence Environmental caused cancer, heart disease and many other ailments. I check back to the subjectt a year or so ago and found that the UCLA study, one of the largest, a study by the WHO of the United Nations, @ one conducted by the Cancer Society itself had disappeared and been "buried."

Can anyone explain to this old man who has followed politics for many years why Democrats are intent on destroying the party? Are they really that stupid or arrogant to believe they can ignore the people they represent by supporting Obama's bailouts, spending us into bankrupcy, his health care program, allwith the intent of destroying our country?
80% of our population is in favor of the law. This includes most of our huge number of legal Mexicans that live here. Our unemployment rate is almost ten percent and our legals do not want illegals coming in and taking jobs for slave wages.
Can you understand that, you nationwide Liberal Press?
