The Democrats seem to think that cliff falling will be to their advantage. How else can one explain Reid's refusal to take a vote? McConnell calls for a vote and Reid buries it. There are 3 out outcomes. 1. Reid rejects that call, and the imminent cliff happens. 2. Reid heeds the call, loses the vote and the imminent cliff happens. 3. Reid heeds the call, wins and the Democrats must accept blame for whatever happens. I do believe that, w/o the MSM, the Dems should take the fall for the cliff by default.

Perception is everything, Birdman!
