I think Palin has put her self in a box by endorsing McCain during his primary. She should have waited till after primary.
Are you kidding me? Business, in order to survive will seek appropriate efficiencies and don't need the Feds leadership. Now they are working on the FAT police.

Broadcast radio is not entitled to special treatment. When radio was the primary way of promoting new music, it was understandable thing to do for the studios.

But every other delivery format is subject to tax and copyrights (including the youtube mess) and radio is no longer a dominant force in marketing of new songs.

So unless the same exemption is given to the other non-broadcast formats, I am very much supportive of the radio tax getting done to level the playing field.
