ONS and many others have chimed in that the amount of money we have to borrow from China is so minuscule that it is a silly proposal. I've been in business all my life and as Romney knows when you need to cut expenses there are almost never huge items to cut (I guess that's why dems want to cut defence) you have to look at a lot of the small things that you can manage with out. I guess most libs believe Big Bird is more important than our military.
Mitt Romney sure ruffled a lot of feathers over his proposal to eliminate taxpayer funding for government-sponsored TV. As soon as the GOP presidential candidate singled out PBS for cuts during the presidential debate in Denver, the hysterical squawking commenced.

Left-leaning celebrities immediately erupted on Twitter. "WOW!!! No PBS!! WTF how about cutting congress's stuff leave big bird alone," Whoopi Goldberg fumed. "Mitt is smirky, sweaty, indignant and smug with an unsettling hint of hysteria. And he wants to kill BIG BIRD," actress Olivia Wilde despaired.
