We need to eliminate fraud and malpractice lawsuits. That will reduce medical costs. What? How do we accomplish that? First put the convicted against the wall and "eliminate" them. The more intelligent ones in that "business" will learn that their actions are subject to permanent consequences and adjust their practices appropriately. Oh, and charge the convicted one's family or partners the cost of the process. About a dollar a round.

A host of economists, who always seem to be the last to know, have cut GDP growth forecasts recently, in light of rising unemployment and falling manufacturing output. The latest to see the light at the end of the tunnel in its proper context as a speeding train coming right at us is Fannie Mae’s chief economist, Doug Duncan. Fannie Mae always seems to be the last-est of the last to know.
