It's pretty obvious, to me, that dummycrat politicians and voting blacks have an agreement. It's also clear that they don't like or respect each other. However, dummycrat politicians promise to keep the handout's coming and the blacks promise to vote for them as long as the hanout's continue coming. Sort of an arranged slavery. How nice!
