Typical liberal thoughts. Why can't we be more like all those sophisticated countries elsewhere? Ruth Bader Ginsberg wants to look to other countries' law. Well, our ancestors LEFT those countries for the freedom of opportunity in the US. We don't want to be like them. We don't have a conservative utopia--only libs believe in utopia. But we have the best system in the world, at least for the present.

I just finished reading Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Although it's not the purpose of the book, the author reveals just how restrictive life is in supposedly modern Sweden. Government control is accepted as part of people's everyday lives.
