I think the 60 days between now and the elections will speak volumes about BHO. Either he is the evil genius I fear him to be, and he finds a way to pull some sort of rabbit out his hat and keep the House and Senate ... or, he is revealed as the relentless ideologue that many of us originally thought him to be. Inept, but pure. Either way, it is going to be a bumpy ride. Don't put too much stock in the coming Republican rout. If we had started to mend our fiscal fences in 2001 (when Republicans held the House, Senate and WH), we would not be looking into abyss in stunned silence.

As you may recall, term limits were held to be Unconsitutional by the Supreme Court (these guys look after each other, don't they?). At some point, doesn't become clear that we are no longer capable of self government? Isn't that why we make virtually NO meaningful decisions about our country, and increasingly, about our lives. It's a rigged game.

God knows the hearts of individuals, and I trust His judgement. Moreover, the Bible says that the gospel will be preached to all the world before the end comes.
