I can't help but be reminded of an earlier column by Dr. Adams. It was titled "Eat More Chicken and Your Skin will Thicken". Something the Elon Board of Trustees ought to do.
Paul Ryan's a big boy and I have no doubt that he can take it as well as dish it out. Note to Obama. You should never say something behind someone's back that you wouldn't tell them to their face. That he can beat up people from a behind a podium is just being a bully. I doubt he would ever sit down with Ryan over a beer and discuss this or anything else seriously.
I have a camouflage fork. Does that make it an assault fork? My food thinks so. I wonder if it should be banned.

Then the real brutality can begin. The evil done in the name of humanity has always dwarfed the evil done in the name of God.

The War Between the Amendments

Curbing the garbage that's feeding society through popular media and helping produce the kinds of people who would open fire in unarmed people will do more to prevent mass killings than curbing the rights of millions of law abiding people in hopes of catching the rare unstable individual ever will.
There are a class of weapons known as assault weapons as opposed to assault rifles. Assault weapons are semi-automatic versions of fully automatic assault rifles. Basically no different than the semi-automatic rifles you'd use for hunting. The only difference is they look scarier than a hunting rifle even though they have about the same capabilities. The only difference is you can get clips that hold lots of rounds. My rifle clip only holds four-three more than what I need to kill a deer.
The types of situations where assault weapons would be useful are extreme and rare situation. But that being said, I think people should be allowed to own them even if they don't need them. It seems like a similar situation that exists with high end sports cars. No one needs a car capable of 180 mph in a country where the highest posted speed is 75 mph. But that doesn't mean people shouldn't be allowed to own one. Same applies with assault weapons.
Free refi's for people who are current with their payment? Even though it's not a desirable situation, they're getting along okay. Sound's like someone is buying votes with my tax dollars.
