Marco Rubio does not meet Constitutional requirements.
As for Rob Portman- I voted for him in 2010. However, in as many as 6 or 7 letters, he has yet to respond to one.
I will be very hesitant to vote with him on the ticket.
Probably would consider Ron Paul and or Gary Johnson
