Most of you who think you are "taxpayers" are not liable to the "federal" tax - until you willing place yourself subject to it. If this passes, I will find another country - this one won't be worth trying to save.

I can read. I know what the Constitution states. I do not need anyone to give me "their" interpretation of that document. The task of the "Supreme Court" is to apply the Constitution and other Organic Laws .... AS WRITTEN. Thus, they are FORBIDDEN to provide their own "interpretations" of said document. What ever Obama may "declare" or a democrat congress may ram down my throat (or up my butt) I will abide by the Organic Laws of the United States of America - AS WRITTEN. No matter what the "Supreme Court" may decide, I will abide by the Organic Laws of the United States of America - AS WRITTEN. RESIST REFUSE RELOAD.

Zimmerman has already HAD his "due process" under the law. The police investigated the incident and found that Zimmerman was justified UNDER THE LAW to use deadly force again a punk who attacked him, had him on the ground, beating him. Zimmerman, as "watch captain" was simply doing his job, ensuring that the neighborhood remained 'safe'. This n-punk decided to 'whip-up on the white boy' that had followed him. So, as Zimmerman was getting into his vehicle, Trayvon blindsided him and 'whipped-up' on him. Trayvon got "trayvoned" .... permanently.

Yep! This is why, when I go to Northern Michigan this summer, I will drive hundreds of miles out of my way so I don't have to drive a hundred miles across part of the Illinois Wasteland.

That is EXACTLY why the First and Second Amendments are the first and second.

The Supreme Court CANNOT "negate" any of the Amendments without another Amendment to that effect. The Supreme Court does not have the authority to "INTERPRET" the Constitution - they may only uphold the Constitution AS WRITTEN.

It is very simple to answer this issue - Read the Constitution ..... you will not find the word "democracy" any where in that document.
