If I remember correctly, in a moral crisis very similiar, in a country and time very different, also during a public meal, another man of faith took the chance he was given to speak up, and God used him to wake up a wicked nation. I wish you would dare to be a Daniel, Cal, instead of fretting how the deck chairs on the Titanic traditionally were never arranged this way, while we all go down to our deaths. What a country, what a time we live in, when a conservative writer shows such utter disregard for what is true and right, and publically throws a hissy fit over the trivial point that someone might have broken some tradition in order to do God's work.
