The Roberts decision is the biggest reason to defeat Obama in November. Roberts handed the Obama administration a gift, although his ruling in my mind was one of a coward. He should have ruled against the mandate as he had stated ( the law was unconstitutional as written, but would pass mustard if it was a tax (paraphrasing), well he should have voted against it as written. If Obama then brought the bill back and called it a tax and got it passed ,so be it. Roberts made law , he did not rule on it as I see his role.
