When one take the oath of office. They are essentially taking a military oath. So when one leaves to avoid scrutiny, one has effectively committed an act of desertion in the face of danger or hardship. So in essence Hilary Clinton has committed that act by cowardly leaving the scene. She should now face a military tribunal for the act of desertion.

Let's just recognize the nation's financial straights and just proceed with her execution, before the military has to take up a collection around the platoon to buy a bullet.

Sec. Clinton may have gotten out of testifying last week because of the concussion she sustained after fainting, but that doesn’t mean she’s in the clear on Benghazi just yet. The Washington Examiner has the details:
