We need to stop all of this ridiculous fencing with liberal morons about the militia. Standing precedent is clear, as is Title 10 of the United States Code. These rules reign supreme, and are not subject to the erroneous and unlawful misinterpretations of liberal nazis. There is no debate over what the militia is, and where the authority for that view derives. Liberals are free to not like it or leave. They are not free to change the law on their whim.

This, not the fiscal cliff, will expose who, in the Republican Party, really believe in our Constitution and our birth as a free nation.

The hussein cares not of the law, he proves it time and time again!

Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal has plans to introduce a bill that if passed would require background checks on ammunition purchases. It's called the Ammunition Background Check Act and late yesterday Blumenthal took to Twitter to explain his position by posting the following graphics.

"Ammo sales need same instant background checks as guns. I'm introducing the Ammunition Background Check Act," Blumenthal wrote.
