So they missed. Oh, well. I don't care if the little bastid was 7-they can pick up an AK and kill US troops. The response is to kill them. Why do you hate America?

You've been proven to be an idjit.

BTW, have you found the legislation where Congress gave Obama the power to execute Americans with drones.

Luv, if you are going to preach Quirin, you really should read it. The entire case was based on an Act of Congress. The Court, SPECIFICALLY, refused to consider the question of whether the President could have used military tribunals absent express authority from Congress.

I will most certainly question your patriotism, if you are going to question mine.

Tim McVeigh and Chris Dorner both served their country, too.

If we permit this – the most grave of all powers a leader can have, then we will suffer in the future.

Constitutional rights are not to be fought for and upheld only when it is expedient.

Hating America appears to be your THANG, not mine. You cannot love the country if you refuse to uphold its founding documents and the rule of law. Your "he needed killin' is contrary to the DOI, the COTUS, and precedent. Hell, it even goes against the Magna Carta. Presidents, like kings, do not get to be judge, jury and executioner.

I am not wearing a bleeding heart on my sleeve about any of the Americans that have been droned although I do not believe that the droning of Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, especially, was constitutionally within the President’s war powers.

I am THRILLED that Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan are DEAD. I am not fighting for them. I am fighting for you, every other American and the rule of law.

A deranged ex-cop on a killing spree is on the loose in California; he's already murdered three people, including an LAPD officer, and is vowing to target other law and enforcement officials and their families until he's stopped:

A former Los Angeles cop with military training vowed war against other men in blue Thursday, leaving one officer dead days after he allegedly killed two other people to begin a wave of retribution for being fired, police said. The focus of the intensive, expansive manhunt is Christopher Jordan Dorner, a 270-pound former Navy lieutenant who has...
