I think the problem is that he misses the big picture. He sees someone labeled a "terrorist" and he automatically says they should be killed. But he apparently doesn't see that the government should not be allowed to simply label someone a terrorist and kill them. The 5th and 6th Amendments are in place to protect all of us from that sort of thing -- even people with funny Arabic names.
