Yep. It was when the Democrats took control of Congress in 2007 that businesses started to pull in their investments and expansion plans. Things really took a dive when it was evident in 2008 that Obama was going to be the next President after McCain threw in the towel with TARP even before the election.

Of course you realize that Democrats have never been honest nor fair. If they were they would not hold sway over the drones who vote for them.

Why? Because they understand their right and responsibilities under the Constitution? Seems you missed the whole point of his article and have no defense of the liberal's position. We are a representative republic and the people determine how they are going to be governed locally and by the states. The federal government was never intended to be the charitable contributor or arbitrator of the nation have its laws determined by the courts.
