There is no rational support for us having to pay $3.50 +/- for gas in this country. There is no rational support for us having to still be dependant upon mid-east oil. We should be self sustaining, period. For that, we need to drill and we should be drilling right now.

It's no surprise that when NEA goons and their minions face any criticism in this fashion, they immediately resort to personal attacks. Furthermore, instead of dealing with the problem head on, they mischaracterize the dilemma and miss the point. Is it any surprise then, that our government schooled children have little to no problem solving skills? Should we be shocked when students cannot put cause and effect in order in economics when their teachers and union reps respond like this? We should not be shocked. We should be saddened.
