That's what the Congressional Black Caucas is about Reparations, in the form of low interest forgiveable loans. How long has the Suttons been paying (or not) on those loans, by the time Prez Barry leaves office Goldmann Sachs is going to write off those loans to Inner City Broadcasting and other prominent Black Businesses.
I call it the Stimulus/Reparations package, with the economy stalling momentarily and Barry getting set to approve a new Stimulus/Reparation package this time supposedly to benefit small businesses, the justification is to give Black-Owned Small Businesses a substantial portion of the close to $400 billion dollar package.

A civil war is breaking out within the left of the Democratic Party pitting the Congressional Black Caucus against the first African-American president.
