Businesses must spend money to make money. It’s expensive to invent, test and develop new products, and it can take years before they pay off.
Government doesn’t work that way.
Washington, D.C. spends money to hire people to enforce laws and regulations. Years, even decades later, those federal employees will still be toiling away on Uncle Sam’s dime (that is, yours and mine as taxpayers), even if the problem they were hired to address has ceased to exist.

With the massive economic downturn there are more "Brovas" unemployed now than in World War II, so Barr our new Black President who did not run for the Presidency to make "Fat Cats" happy, did promise during his campaign to "spread the wealth around" we've come to know and love this as the Joe the Plumber Principles.
Then there's the NAACP and the celebrity Reverends who secretly are all board certified Reparations Whisperers have had their hands out palms up waiting salivating for this.
