The leader of the New Black "Panda" Party (they're so cute with their so French black berets) is suggesting that all Black People separate and form a Black Nation, I have heard this before one of my heroes Malcolm X said this and Black People killed him, Elijah Muhammed championed this and all his wives and girlfriends ended up on welfare, H Rap Brown and Gil Scott Heron suggested the very same thing, they ended up on crack.
