My wife and friends often find it bizarre that I answer every e-mail I receive from my readers, including those who merely write to insult me. The thing here is "Ms. D" uber Black Liberal touched on an important point that a lot of us Blacks without chips on our shoulders or who stopped feeling sorry for our selves a long, long time ago, who get into Ivy League Schools on our own merits or if we didn't go to school, worked hard to become successful-her point was working "twice as hard".
