Since the 1% pay 40% of the taxes and basically the top 10% pay about 70% of the taxes, if there is going to be any tax reform and reduction, you'd better do it for them that pay... Maybe we could get the lower 50% with some skin in the game... Then when politicians get real generous with tax money, the lower 50% might give a crap.
