seem to be the new "masshas" not only of poor blacks, but of all poor people of every color. They have spawned a generation of people sitting around, waiting for their government checks. Unless some of them figure out how to go around the system, they're stuck. Any extra penny they might earn legitimately is confiscated by the government, so they find ways to make it illegitimately, sometimes for things so basic as feeding their familes or buying their kids clothes for school. That increases the crime rate in poor communities. Poor teens are nearly forced into prostitution, thievery, or selling drugs, because they see no way out.

I just viewed several photos of the two palling around with some others that Obama doesn't know. Of course, BHO wants to kill off the older citizens, too hard to control, they know and have seen too much. Give him the young, they don't know too much of the truth. there were men who were not afraid to yell out the truth. But, they didn't have to contend with a King George biased media, radical liberals, nor widespread insanity that worships a radical liberal, and at times, seemingly insane man hell-bent on destroying the very document these men were trying to create. If the obama regime really wanted to redistribute the wealth and help the poor, those cars would not be scrapped, but either be sold very cheaply to the truly needy or donated. Is anyone's guess. I, personally doubt it. But is he, in his heart, an AMERICAN? I doubt that, too. His ancestors did NOT struggle through what slavery and racism had bestowed upon them. His paternal grandfathers did NOT fight in WW1, WW2, Korea, or Viet Nam. His ancestors did not listen with hunger for true freedom in their hearts to Martin Luther King. His family did NOT march, bleed, or was jailed in the fight for Civil Rights. None of his paternal ancestors' blood has soaked this soil. If his maternal ancestors' blood was shed for freedom in this country, it was white. Perhaps his white grandmother told stories of the great depression and the wars, but hers was not a black perspective. I'll bet she was never told to sit at the back...

I watched a local news story yesterday. The reporter interviewed a local car dealer and a customer. The dealer was talking about what a mess the "cash for clunkers" is. The customer lacked the required paperwork to qualify, so she decided to just buy a car without the government's cash. She was obviously not poor, as the regime would have you believe this program is supposed to be benefitting.
My husband was forced to retire for health reasons. No way can we afford to trade our car in for one that comes with loan payments. I doubt if we'd have been approved anyway, we have medical and other bills, for my husband and myself, that brings our credit rating into the negative. It...
