I am still trying to convince Barack Obama that it is a federal civil rights crime to rape women in the workplace............Obama would rather have the money the corporations pay to rape women, and keep their rapists out of prison...and "seal" rape cases.....placing the blame on the women, ..He is literally,,, selling women to rape, under the provisions and "policies" of the Violence Against Womens Act. He is doing that in violation of federal civil rights statute law.

Ralph: Maybe you think the US Contitution is the law of the United States, try getting it inforced in a federal court. I am not sure if the US Supreme Court is aware we have a Constitution, I have read many of their opinions / decisions. In the case against Obama at the Philadelphia USCA for the Third Circuit, 08-4443 district case 08-cv-04083 the court simply dismissed the US Constitution, clearing the way for Obama to take over the Nation as President...

The case against Obama was filed with the USCA for the Third Circuit in Philadelhpia....they very simply, DISMISSED Constitution of the United States. But, then again, that court tells me it is not a crime to rape women in the workplace.....the same law firm that defended the rapist in my case, BALLARD, defended Obama in the case of his eligibility to be President, the appeal numer is 08-4443 and the District Court case is 08-cv-04083.
