John is absolutely correct when he states that being a 'Man' or a 'Woman' for that matter it is about responsibility. An irresponsible person can never be a Man or Woman and maturing to the point of understanding the need to take and accept responsibility is the sign that a person has become a man. Our litigious society wants to blame others for our own mistakes and this finger pointing and blame assigning has become so pervasive that we can now no longer function as a society.
