Once on the government dole, those people are FOREVER lost. NOTHING AT ALL will EVER turn them from demanding their "free stuff". You could give a welfare recipient a choice: personally witness their own children slowly tortured to death, or give up welfare, and EVERY SINGLE ONE F THEM would choose the former.
