As I mentioned on another blog, if Rosen knowingly received what he knew to be classified information, and failed to report it to the authorities, he *IS*, in fact, subject to imprisonment, and even EXECUTION, under anti-espionage laws. The First Amendment does not protect the "right" to inform our enemies of classified information that could be harmful to our national security, whether that "informing" comes in the form of encrypted cables or printing on the front page of the New York Times.

This isn't even conspiracy "theory" stuff here. We know that there were those that were involved in the attack yucking it up with friends a few days later, bragging about the attack, saying they'd never have to worry about being caught, in the lounge of a nearby hotel. They were there in the open, no fear of anyone coming to get them. We've STILL not made a SINGLE arrest in this attack. Why? I'm betting our children or grandchildren will find the answers to these questions when information is declassified in 50 years, and I'm betting it will put an even MORE insidious light on the horror of the Dark Age of the Obama Regime.

How did anyone know it would "take too long"? You'd have to know how long the attack would last to make that determination. And if they knew in advance how long the battle would last, well, now we're talking about a whole new ballgame. If they knew how long the battle would last, that would mean that somehow they knew about the planning and intent of the attack. If they knew that, and did nothing, well, that probably means they had something to do with the attack.

Not to worry, all the damning evidence pointing to him has also been "recused" in the nearest paper shredder.
