This has been covered time and again. Saddam used WMD to kill Kurds. That is a documented fact. The fact that weapons inspectors did not find them is irrelevant. Why is that so difficult for some people? The weapons were either destroyed or hidden. Since proof of their destruction was never proved(proven?), the safe bet is that they were hidden.
