Also, if you want to halt the spread of Leftism, think about halting mass immigration and urban sprawl. Look at previous conservative areas that have rapidly changed to liberal strong-holds: Northern Virginia, San Diego, San Jose and Coastal California, and all metropolitan areas. Urban sprawl leads to government dependancy down the road. During harsh economic downturns, city people have no open space and farmland to turn to for self-sustenance and self-reliance, and so all that remains is big brother to feed them. Halt urban sprawl, save farmland, save our natural lands, or else Leftism will continue its spread.

I have found that city people are very dependent. They will be the first to die off if there is a disaster where food is hard to come by. They wouldn't know how to take care of themselves.
