Gov Scott makes his decisions based on which way the wind is blowing. He rode the tea party wave and appeased conservatives with the usual rhetoric on illegal immigration, teacher pay based on merit, etc. Now this phoney does a 180 and proposes the largest budget in state history and wants to throw millions more in tax dollars at public schools. If money solved the issue of failing public schools those problems would have been solved decades ago. In addition, he lied about the Fl Retirement System Pension. That pension is one of the strongest in the country! But again, to get elected he threw propaganda out there that the pension was not funded and is a "ticking time bomb". The guy is a user!
