Thank You Charles Krauthhamer. Finally someone hits the nail on the head!. Remember when in a town meeting Obama said, "Lawyers don't warry, I'm not going to put a cap on lawsuits"?. From the beginning of the Health Care Reform discussion, I said "Fix the main problem first: lawyers and ridiculous lawsuits that burden the practice of medicine". Any administration that puts a cap on malpractice will make a less expensive Health Care.
