They are called 'garments' much the same as those worn in the Old Testament with sacred symbolism (Exodus 35:19 19 The cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office). You may not believe in the Bible or just may want to sarcastically make fun of something sacred to other people - but take it over to Huffington Post where you will feel more at home!

I'm an Anglican belief101, and a former Mormon, and I totally agree with you. If only more churches took care of people like the LDS church does we wouldn't need forced government handouts. Mitt Romney is a family man, the best hope conservatives have and the Mormon church has been consistantly pro-traditional marriage and against abortion unless rape/incest/mother's life (which I don't agree I think all abortion is wrong but oh well) he's the best we have and who CARES if he wears garments. Brandt3 is obviously an Obuma supporter.
