Why .45? A rational school of thought says that CAPACITY is a much more reasonable criteria in determining the firearm. Do you want to be able to shoot off 9 - .45's or 17 - 9 mm? I say that capacity is king.

I have no problem with capacity, and if one wants a large capacity magazine, good for them. However, for me, a .45 caliber semi-wadcutter is an excellent stopper, and the first EFFECTIVE shot ends the fight. Again, to each his own.

This past Friday my organization, CURE, sponsored a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, to bring attention to the importance of rigorously defending the right of all Americans, guaranteed under the 2nd Amendment of our Constitution, to own a gun.
