MikefromDE, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the obscene demands of homosexual activists in my own city, during a city council meeting. The breach of meeting etiquette and proper order were unprecedented, by the Mayor's own assessment. There were violent shouts of obscenity, threats and belittling of those who didn't want to be forced to recognize a man as a woman. One councilman who was known to opposed adding "gender identity" to the non-discrimination ordinance stated that he received a steady stream of threatening phone calls beyond what he had every seen before. The council somewhat bowed to the threats and reordered the meeting to allow the homosexual activists to go first. The meeting lasted until 2:00 a.m.

The president declared it. A pastor prayed it. And woe betide those who differ with this new reality announced at yesterday’s presidential inauguration: Gay is now an official social category as defined and tangible as black or white. Put another way, romantic attraction and sexual desire are now viewed as being as innate and immutable as skin color.

Make no mistake about it. Another significant step was taken yesterday at the inauguration, and what was once associated with the extremist views of radical gay activists is now as American as apple pie. As expressed in the closing prayer of Episcopal...
