Yes, homobama HAS stopped enforcing DOMA, in fact, he flagrantly violates it in numerous ways.
A lot of readers will call Hawkin's "wish list" extreme. But, after reading the liberal blogs and seeing their own "wish lists" longingly posted endlessly, Hawkins list sounds extraordinarily sane.

Not with this Congress. We need a constitutional conservative Congress. This one is likely to agree with them.

What homo-apologists cannot stomach is that many homosexuals understand what real marriage is, between one man and one woman. I know some personally. They are intelligent and honest enough to know what the fundamental substance of marriage is, and what attempting to change this foundation means. These are the ultimate pariahs of the homosexual community; hated even more than the Fred Phelp's of the world.

When a couple moves to another state, the federal government most certain DOES inject their business into it, because the couple will still be deemed "married" even though they live in a state which doesn't recognize it. Please explain the incoherence of your argument.

Simple question (thought I already think I know the answer.) Do you grant any validity at all to the Apostle Paul or to other New Testament Epistle-writers?

What if you "fell in love" with a child? Would the state be obligated to indulge your desires?

Seems that Tinsldr2 disagrees with you. One of you needs to get his story straight.

You won't "shut me up" until you give a cogent, honest answer. Don't tell me that a federal-government-recognized "marriage" won't be imposed upon a state in areas of benefits. The intrusive federal government, with strings everywhere, will make sure of that. So your argument fails. Actually you are being dishonest, because you KNOW that these fake marriages will be force upon every unwilling state. All homo-activists know this. So much for your fake concern for the 10th Amendment.
