Can't disagree more with this statement. Just because the Senate won't vote to convict doesn't mean that the House shouldn't do its friggin' job. Right now Obama could behead Honey Boo Boo on the Capitol steps and the Senate would ignore it. Boehner should call a special joint investigative committee and determine if Obama is culpable. The hearings should be deliberative and aggressive. If warranted the House should start impeachment proceedings. By the time they are done, the House will have proved that Obama intentionally let those people die. They send the impeachment process to the Senate where it may get blocked but it will give the GOP Senate challengers talking points for the next election. There is very little downside.
