mcmc-I do believe that homosexuality offends God. I don't, however, think that my believe trumps your belief. God gives us free will. You have the right to choose to do wrong-God doesn't force submission. I have no desire to police your bedroom or to try to stop you from having whatever kind of relationship you choose. My objection begins when you start wanting a societal stamp of approval. I do NOT want gays adopting children. Every gay couple I know that has children has unhappy children. Recently President Obama announced he’d discovered a new conviction in favor of homosexual ‘marriage” (conveniently timed to maximize his standing at a $15 million Hollywood fundraiser among the liberal glitterati). It was nothing more than a blatant attempt to fire up his base, particularly young liberal and independent voters: if they don’t vote, Obama loses big-time.

But the American people are not buying into his pandering. A CBS/ New York Times poll found that
