Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan did not lose an election last night. The United States of America lost an election and, more than likely, its future as a free society. Over the next four years, regulation will contort the body politic to such a degree, that one will be unable to cross a state line without showing a 'picture i.d.'

After winning 303 electoral votes Tuesday night, President Barack Obama walked onto the stage at Obama Headquarters in Chicago with his family to accept his reelection victory.

“The task of perfecting our union moves forward. It moves forward because of you. It moves forward be cause you reaffirmed the spirit that has triumphed over war and depression,” Obama said. “We are an American family that will rise and fall together as one nation and as one people.”
