I believe and new dictate or law ought to have attached the specific clause or phrase of the constitution that permits it in the first place. The constitution, especially the bill of rights, was intentionally made to restrict an over-reaching by central government. The states have their own laws concerning criminal activity involving guns, we don't need a Chicago ACORN community activist telling us what we can and can't do.
