One problem we have in measuring the federal government's higher education aid, is few people actually fewel that it's their tax dollars being used. Instead, they figure it's just more 'freshly printed' inflation circulating from the government to their cronies. Since the government no longer pays off any of this so called borrowed money, just borrowing more from the printing press to pay off maturing bonds, we can expet this cycle to only get worse.
